Couch to 5K 2026
When: Starts Wednesday 14th January, 6.30pm
Where: Aberdeen Sports Village, Linksfield Road, AB24 5RU
We meet indoors at Aberdeen Sports Village near the reception area at 6.15pm. Couch to 5K (or C25K) is a training plan that gradually progresses towards a 5km run over 10 weeks - check out our Couch to 5K page for more information.
Wednesday Evening Runs
When: Wednesday's at 6.30pm
Where: Aberdeen Sports Village, Linksfield Road, AB24 5RU
We meet indoors at Aberdeen Sports Village near the reception area at 6.15pm. We are ready to start outdoor running at 6:30pm. Every week we offer a range runs catering for all abilities led by our Jog Scotland-qualified Jog Leaders.
Sunday Morning Runs
When: Sunday's at 10am
Where: Duthie Park, Polmuir Road, Aberdeen AB11 7TH
We meet outside the Duthie Park Cafe from 9:50am for a 10am run start time. Every week we offer a range runs catering for all abilities led by our Jog Scotland-qualified Jog Leaders.
